Jackie is a Notary Public and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from Southern States University, Irvine Campus.

There are a number of things she enjoys while working at Castle Rock, such as: problem solving and the opportunity to interact with the team to meet high performance and deliver an effective customer service to clients in order to build a strong relationship. Jackie also appreciates the opportunity to welcome new business onboard and work as a team to grow the company.

Outside the office, Jackie enjoys attending concerts and movies, spending time with her family, son, and friends; however, she loves to be outdoors – so hiking, backpacking, biking, are at the top of the list.

Jackie wants to keep improving her career and she soon she will be announcing some exciting news!
